The Refurbishment programme involved excellent communication processes with the Management Team, the Project Manager, the Estates and H&S Manager of the college and various other end-users. The Project had a strict limit for completion of 6 weeks maximum as it had to be provided within the summer holiday break, and the refurbishment was completed within budget and within specified timeframe. Their CDM Management and their H&S Management were excellent; no accidents were recorded during their time with us.
